Learn to meditate using the essential teachings of mindfulness through a cultivated integration of body, breath, and awareness.
For most new practitioners 4-6 sessions (40 min. each) are recommended to build the foundational techniques to establish a meaningful and consistent practice. Each session will build upon the wisdom of the last - with seated meditation serving as the core of each session. This can be done individually or in group.
The goal is to develop somatic awareness of meditation as an embodied practice; one that inhabits your breath and body and develops moment to moment awareness. Meditation is a method to develop inner liberation on your pathway to support external liberation and greater justice in the world.
